About Brown Villas
Brown Villas provides low income apartments for those with disabilities. Brown Villas is a low rent apartment in Rock Hill. This apartment provides low income people with disabilities homes. This does not necessarily mean that the entire apartment complex is low income. This only means that the apartments provide for some low income apartments.
The government gives funds directly to apartment owners such as Brown Villas. The apartments lower the rents they charge to low-income tenants. It is up to the apartment owners to decide how many apartments are available here at the low cost apartment rate.
To qualify for these apartments, you can earn no more than the income limit which is specified by the apartment when you apply for vacancy.
Call or visit the Brown Villas management office to apply for openings. We urge you to call as most low income apartments nowadays have waiting lists. You will need to call them to find out current rates as they are also subject to change. We provide apartment rates where possible, but they are always subject to change as there are specials and other discounts available at different times of the year.

If you interested in moving into Brown Villas and on a waiting list, your disabled/loved one should be absolutely careful about the rules of not only being on their own but also follow the office's rules. You can't have any roommates for one thing plus some of the employees might not be as cool as you think they are. Once you're accepted into their campus, you'll have to remain to become independent. I'm independent myself but wish to come home with my family as soon as they move into their own place. Some residents at Brown Villas may wish to go back home while others wish to be there forever! It's their choice
