About Brownwood Manor
Brownwood Manor provides Senior apartments. Brownwood Manor is a low rent apartment in Brownwood. This apartment provides low income seniors with homes. The tenants are neglected, building only cleaned when visitors are expected. Board games, puzzles magazines were all disposed of before HUD inspection in January. Looked sterile and uninviting for tenants. Unfriendly?
