Fields Ertel Townhouses provides Family apartments. Fields Ertel Townhouses is a low rent apartment in Cincinnati. This apartment provides low income families with homes. This does not necessarily mean that the entire apartment complex is low income. This only means that the apartments provide for some low income apartments.
The government gives funds directly to apartment owners such as Fields Ertel Townhouses. The apartments lower the rents they charge to low-income tenants. It is up to the apartment owners to decide how many apartments are available here at the low cost apartment rate.
To qualify for these apartments, you can earn no more than the income limit which is specified by the apartment when you apply for vacancy.
Call or visit the Fields Ertel Townhouses management office to apply for openings. We urge you to call as most low income apartments nowadays have waiting lists. You will need to call them to find out current rates as they are also subject to change. We provide apartment rates where possible, but they are always subject to change as there are specials and other discounts available at different times of the year.
Response: Lots of pot smokers, lots of young adults having run in with police. Not really any crime/break-ins.
Response: Yes-up to 3 years. The property keeps changing hands, so that is definitely a contributing factor
Response: As the property keeps changing hands, there have been no real or permanent office personnel. As they wade through the messes left by previous owners and add their own mess to the mix, the property is woefully understaffed, staffed by a rotating staff, no reliable maintenance personnel
Response: Honestly, probably not. Most who live here have been here for a very long time. Not much turnover. As stated, due to the property constantly changing hands, it has kind of evolved into a self contained environment
Response: Yes
I would like to move from Indianapolis Indiana to your location soon. I have a cousin that lives out in your complex. I am in need of a three-bedroom apartment. I have social security income and a military retirement income as well. I would like to view some of those three bedroom apartments just to see what the floor plan looks like. Would that be possible?
Wondering if there’s any apartment available at this time
I'd like to move to your location as I do have relatives that live in Cincinnati if an apartment is available with a handicapped parking space in front of it. I'm a retired Veteran with no family here in Indianapolis. I really need a 3 bedroom apartment.
