I am interested in being put on the waiting list for a 3 bedroom apartment. My total family income for a family of 3 is 1,005.00 per month. No smokers in our household. No criminal record of any kind. We will submit to a complete background check. I can send a letter from our previous landlord as to the cleanliness of our home and prompt payment of rent.
