Worst management ever and the apts are not well keep, bug infestation, mold, leaks in the ceiling and drywall, AC that don't work in the hallways...freezing during the winter and hot as hell during the summer. Alarms go off all day/night after hours and even during the afternoons. Management is only at the apts about 2 - 3 days a week. care less about the senior residents, favor Hispanics over any other race....staff will / do discriminate and are very mean to the residents and maintenance and the girl will steal from the residents, watching them leave the building...they go into their apts and steal whatever they can...police will do nothing bc manager will lie. Maintenance does and deals drugs all the time, as do the adult kids living in this independent senior living apts. Cops out all the time. Residents who should be in assisted living due to serious mental health are taken away be police. Police come out w/ warrants and maintenance will hide them. There was a senior lady who was also physically assaulted by the immature asst manager. VoA TX owns it and only cares about the money.
