community is designed for independent living; MAHO does not provide the following services.
meals, transportation, personal care services, emergency response
services, shopping, housekeeping, furniture, etc. The tenant, either
is responsible, alone or with the assistance of others, for obtaining these and any
other necessary services.

disability through their application process.
The rent is subsidized through
HUD and income limits apply.
