Oak Creek Courts provides low income apartments for those with disabilities. Oak Creek Courts is a low rent apartment in Oak Creek. This apartment provides low income people with disabilities homes. DO NOT rent here, unsafe, filthy uncaring lazy management. I have turned all my documentation over to HUD attorneys. The place is filthy, tenants have major mental health issues, it is completely unsafe to live, DO NOT rent here.
