One of the apartments is severely infested with cockroaches which has resulted in all of the other apartments in the complex being infested as well. The prior tenants were incarcerated and the conditions of the apartment are deplorable/unimaginable (feces filling the bathtub and throughout the apartment, trash, debris, filth EVERYWHERE! Since the tenants were taken into custody, NO ONE (including owner, management, pest control) has even been inside, much less began working to clean it up/make it habitable. Again, EVERY SINGLE APARTMENT is overrun with cockroaches presently.
