What is the parking policy for people who don’t have a car but the apartment number comes with a parking space? If no car, is it a free for all or is it the tenants space regardless and to be used by whomever they want to utilize the parking space? If the tenant has someone park on their allocated parking space would that require a permit? Your response would be greatly appreciated. Thank for your assistance.
